The perfect drink to awaken your pallet. We’ve used Don Julio premium tequila as opposed to gin in this aperitif classic. Can be served straight up or over ice.

Aperol Spritz sharing board £13.75

This classic has everything you need in an after dinner drink. Our Aperol spritz is served as a sharing experience. It is accompanied by sweet candied orange zests and an orange marmalade sorbet.

Call me Old Fashioned £7.50

This is a twist on the classic “old fashioned”. This cocktail combines Bulleit Rye, Hine Brandy, port and orange oil perfectly for a smooth, balanced and classy end of night drink.

Espresso Martini £7.50

The perfect pick me up anytime of the day.  Patron Café XO, Amaretto, Vanilla schnapps

The Prototype £7.50

Named prototype because it was our first attempt and we smashed it. Shortcross gin, Gran Marnier, Cacao, Jonnie Walker red and citrus skins. A fantastic Martini.

Ginger Spice £7.50

This deliciously fresh cocktail will quench your thirst and tickle your taste buds.  A shot of Grey Goose premium vodka, a splash of Lemoncello, fresh ginger, orange and a dash of Peychaud’s bitters.

Wrayana £7.50

A little taste of the sun. Bacardi Fuego, Wray and Nephew, banana liqueur, splash of pineapple and cranberry juice.

Starlight £7.50

This herb lead gin martini is a must for those who like something a little bit edgy

Star of Bombay gin, Velvet Falernum, lemon grass, fresh rosemary, salt and lemon zest.

Apple and Elderflower spritz £8.50

This is one for a hot day. So refreshing and cooling. Tanqueray gin, apple schnapps, elderflower liqueur topped with soda water

Star of Bombay bloody Mary £7.75

A large measure of star of Bombay gin with house made Tomato, carrot, beetroot and chilli juice.

Aviation £7.50

First appearing around 1916 Hugo Ensslins Aviation can hardly be faulted. The citrus in this drink perfectly complements the floral background and takes a tasty finish on the tongue. Star of Bombay, Maraschino liqueur, Violet liqueur, Lemon & sugar.

Zak’s Lemon Meringue £7.50

Tastes just like a lemon meringue but packs a better punch. Bacardi Fuego, Lemoncello, lemon juice, sugar and topped with meringue.
